Shawano Lake Golf Course (nick-named "Shalagoco" or simply the Shal) was established in 1922 and is one of Wisconsin's oldest courses. The Shalagoco is a public course that features 18-holes; 6231 yards spread over 120 acres of rolling, tree-lined fairways with finely manicured greens. The course rating is 68.6 (63.6 gold tees) with a slope of 123 (111 gold tees). It represents a true mix of beauty and challenge for your golfing pleasure. The facility also contains an 8 tee driving range, a putting green and a sand bunker practice area.

The Shalagoco has a full bar and restaurant with banquet facilities making the Shalagoco the perfect spot to host family outings, reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, weddings and work or social gatherings.

Winter Bar and Grill Hours

The Shal Bar & Grill will remain open on Thursday and Friday Nights during the winter from 3:30 pm until close.  Join us for our Thursday Night Wing Special - $0.35 wings or 10 wings and a pitcher of beer for $7.00.

Prefer a Fish Fry?  Stop out on Fridays for Double Bubble from 4 pm until 7 pm and enjoy our All You Can Eat Perch special or Chef Trevor's weekly Friday night special.
